Ellington Lodge at The Concorde

Excellent location as I needed to get to Southampton Airport early in the morning. Pleasant room, well-equipped with TV, wifi, kettle, and a comfortable bed. Adjacent bar/restaurant (offering live music when I was there) had good food and a wide range of drinks at very reasonable prices with seating both inside and outside - no need to go any further to eat. The hotel also appears to offer a package for airport users with the possibility of leaving your car in the hotel parking (if I understood it correctly) which I might be interested in doing next time.

I've stayed here several times before and always enjoy it - the staff are very friendly and there is a unique atmosphere to the place, as well as easy access both to local walks and short journeys into Southampton and Winchester. The room is comfortable and food good and reasonably priced.

This is a lovely friendly hotel on the edge of Eastleigh Country Park. Staff are really pleasant and helpful and that includes housekeeping. I had a lovely double room with garden terrace and a good size en suite with a walk in shower. Everywhere was really clean, the bed was super comfy and I had a large tv with loads of channels, apps etc. Breakfast was really good and the staff really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a super stay Ellington Lodge 😃

We have stayed at and reviewed this hotel several times which tells its own story. We use it before and after a ferry sailing from Portsmouth because we live in the North of England. Good location, pleasant grounds, off road parking, very nice people, comfortable rooms and the Moldy Fig restaurant has a good bar, local beers and the food is excellent in the evening. We will return. Good breakfast too.

Dinner was VeryGood. Not all of the menu was available, but the quality of food was excellent. Breakfast was. excellent too. My wife had fresh fruit - a mixture of melon and pineapple. The full English was freshly cooked and couldn't be faulted.
